Strategic Decision Partner for Senior Executives

I work with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders navigating high-stakes decisions, complexity, and critical transitions—when the path forward isn't clear and the consequences are real.

Who I Work With

You're a senior executive facing a moment that matters.

Maybe you're:

  • Scaling rapidly and the leadership model that got you here won't get you there
  • Navigating a post-acquisition integration with new stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Restructuring your organization, your board, or your own role
  • Pivoting strategy in the face of market shifts, competitive pressure, or internal resistance
  • Leading through complexity where the data doesn't give you a clear answer and the stakes are high

You're not looking for generic leadership development or theoretical frameworks.

You need someone who's sat in your seat—with skin in the game—and can help you see clearly, challenge your assumptions, and move forward with confidence.

What I Do

I help you make better decisions when it matters most.

Strategic Decision Support

When you're facing high-stakes calls—leadership transitions, strategic pivots, board dynamics, stakeholder alignment—I help you think it through, pressure-test your assumptions, and act with clarity.

Transition & Integration Advisory

Whether you're scaling, navigating a merger or acquisition, or redesigning your role, I help you manage complexity, align stakeholders, and execute through the transition successfully.

Executive Thinking Partner

For ongoing support through growth, change, or uncertainty—structured monthly engagements for continuous access when decisions can't wait.

Why Me

I've sat in the CEO's chair with skin in the game.

Over 20+ years in operating roles—VP, COO, CEO—I've dealt with board dynamics, organizational change, and stakeholder alignment in complex situations. During my 16 years as CEO and COO specifically, I navigated crisis management and strategic pivots, making high-stakes decisions when the data wasn't complete.

I hold an MBA from Wharton, a BBA in Finance from Howard University, and I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I've also completed training in data science and AI for business.

I bring a rare combination:

  • Real operating experience at the CEO/COO level
  • Strategic thinking and financial literacy
  • Data-informed decision frameworks
  • Deep understanding of human dynamics and organizational behavior

I've worked with senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, transitions, and inflection points at high-growth companies, scaling organizations, and global institutions.

What sets me apart: Most executive coaches have never run anything. Most strategy consultants parachute in with frameworks and leave. I've lived what you're living—and I can help you see it clearly and act with confidence.

One Client's Story

CEO navigating major organizational transformation and board evolution

A CEO at a professional services firm was leading a significant organizational transformation: restructuring the executive leadership team, transitioning the board from operations to strategy, and navigating stakeholder concerns about the scope and pace of change—all while maintaining organizational stability and avoiding departures.

The Challenge:
  • Managing major organizational change with significant internal skepticism
  • Transitioning board of directors from operational focus to strategic focus
  • Selecting and aligning a new executive leadership team
  • Turning detractors into allies during restructuring
  • Avoiding departures among leaders affected by the transformation
  • Developing communications strategy for external stakeholders on benefits of reorganization
  • Gaining board agreement to add external directors
  • Evolving CEO's role to focus externally while transformation progressed
My Role:

Strategic decision partner helping the CEO navigate board dynamics, stakeholder management, organizational change, communications strategy, and leadership development during a high-stakes transformation.

The Results:
  • Board successfully transitioned to strategic focus (vs operational)
  • Board agreed to add external directors
  • Board chair turned from major critic to ally
  • New executive leadership team selected and fully engaged
  • Detractors turned into allies through strategic stakeholder engagement
  • Overwhelming buy-in achieved on organizational transformation (vs early concerns about mass departures)
  • Zero departures among leadership despite major restructuring
  • Engagement scores increased
  • CEO developed approach to re-engage leaders not selected for executive team
  • CEO now has bandwidth for external focus (clients, field offices, industry events)
  • Ongoing engagement extended to 13+ months
